Shipping Policy
We deliver Australia-wide and internationally.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Melbourne time on a business day are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Melbourne time, on weekends, or on public holidays are generally dispatched on the next business day. Dispatches occur Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address, so please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $300 AUD and international orders over $500 AUD.

Please note: International orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or hotels.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order through the carrier’s website.

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
