How long is the appointment?
Each appointment is one hour, giving you plenty of time to explore the collection, try on pieces and find what feels right for you.
IS THE APPOINTMENT COMPLIMENTARY?
Yes, appointments are complimentary.
DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR?
Not at all. Come with something in mind, or simply come to explore. We’ll help guide you through pieces, proportions and combinations that may work for you.
Can I bring anyone along?
Of course. You're welcome to bring someone along to your appointment.
Is parking available?
There is street parking available in the surrounding area, however, it is paid. We recommend allowing a little extra time before your appointment to find a space.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask you give us 24 hours notice. Our email is studio@dref.com.au
