Shipping Policy
We deliver Australia-wide and internationally.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Once your order is on its way, the delivery address cannot be changed, so please ensure your details are correct. Dispatches occur Monday–Friday, excluding all national and Victorian public holidays.
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $300 AUD and international orders over $500 AUD.

Please note: International orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or hotels.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. Please note that dref cannot refund duties or taxes for returned international orders. Contact your local customs office for further guidance.
